Looks like we're opening up the night with a 30 minute set. link We will be performing songs that will will be released on the forthcoming new cd, be sure to get there in time because there are 6 bands booked for that night.
Friday January 12 2007 Elbo Room
Live acoustic show one week from today. It's also Elroy's birthday so come help celebrate that too. The band goes on around 9 (possibly as late as 9:30), to be followed by Molehill and another artist TBA. Come start your new year off right! We are currently booked as "jason" jordan on the elbo room website [who's that? ;-)]

Wednesday, May 17th, Elbo Room
Show starts at 9:15. $5.00. Also on the bill, Pat MacDonald, Tom Schraeder, and Ellie Maybe. Elbo Room directions (2871 N. Lincoln Avenue): One block north of Diversey and three blocks south of Belmont on Lincoln (Lincoln and George). There's parking on Lincoln ave., and generally the streets surrounding the area are not zoned.

We are opening up this Friday night at the Elbo Room for Wonka, Camera, and Stray Toasters. We will go on at 9:15 with the other bands to follow. Start your weekend off right--we'll see you there!
Thursday, August 11th, Elbo Room
The band is confirmed for the Elbo Room, Thursday August 11th. We start the night off with the 9-10 slot, with Madahari and Radio Jet Stream to follow. The cover is $5. We'd also like to welcome our new drummer to the lineup, Brad 'Enzo' Rutkowski. We're glad to have you, Ringo!
Saturday, June 18th, Gallery Cabaret
The JC Jordan Band will be performing at the Gallery Cabaret in a tribute show for Tim Rutkowski. His passing affected everyone who knew him and we all miss him very much. The bands he was in will all be represented: William Purvis and the Seventh Sons, JC Jordan Band, Scanning Babies, and Phil Rockrohr and the Lifters. At the end of the night there will be a video of Tim.
The show begins around 9:30 with William Purvis and we will follow them around 10:30, with the other bands to follow. The Gallery Cabaret (recently remodeled) is located at 2020 N. Oakley Ave. It is just east of the Milwaukee/Western/Armitage intersection, one block north of Armitage.

The show was a great success. Thank you to everyone who attended and bought a cd. However, the success of the CD release party is tinged with sadness because our drummer, Tim Rutkowski, passed away March 29. Keep his family and us in your thoughts and prayers as we all go through this trying time.

The JC Jordan Band announces another Elbo Room show, midnight on Good Friday. This is the cd release party. JC Jordan's debut album, "Come Inside..." will be available for purchase. Opening up are The Blissters and The Tracks. You can buy the tickets in advance on the Elbo Room website for $6.
